Below are our Terms of Service ("Terms", “Terms and Conditions”) that govern Tabfund's relationship with its users and others who interact with tab.fund, extension.tab.fund or other *.tab.fund subdomains (collectively, our "Website" or “Extension“) and any information, text, graphics, photos or other materials uploaded, downloaded or appearing on the Website (collectively referred to as "Content"). This document applies to Tabfund ("Tabfund", "TabFund", "us", "our", or "we"), and by using the Website in any way, you agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you have any questions, please contact the Tabfund team.
Tabfund's business model is based on the donation of part of advertising revenue generated to research organisations ("Project" or "Research") that users care about. User’s may also make individual donations to specific research projects, to which the same terms are applied. The following terms govern Tabfund’s donations:
Any "Raised", "Given", and "Earned" dollar amounts are our team's statistical projections of how much advertising revenue users have earned based on their usage of the Tabfund extension. Please note that in the case that Tabfund does not receive payment from its partners for any reason, including but not limited to advertisement click-fraud, Tabfund is not responsible for making any donation to Research and reserves the right to modify the displayed dollar amounts accordingly.
Tabfund's donations to Research are made within 120 days of the end of every fiscal quarter. Any displayed dollar amount "Raised", "Given", or "Earned" simply indicates that Tabfund has designated funds for donation to a particular Research, and in no way reflects when the Research organisation actually receives these funds.
All dollar amounts listed on the Website represent United States Dollars.
Although Tabfund makes donations of user-generated funds to the Research users designate, all user-generated/donated funds are considered the wholly-owned revenue of Tabfund and all donations to Research are considered donations directly from Tabfund to the designated Research. Users have no legal claim to redeem these funds from Tabfund, nor any legal claim to exert control over these funds in any way. Users must be aware that they may not legally attempt to deduct from their taxes any amounts "raised" on Tabfund and that to do so may be illegal in the user's tax jurisdiction.
Research that operate on the Website are selected based on whether they:
Tabfund reserves all rights to choose the Research that is to operate on the Website.
Tabfund reserves the right to remove a Research project from its website or discontinue all donations to a Research project at any time and without reason. In such a case, Tabfund will evenly distribute that Research's non-donated earnings to all other Research on the website.
If at any time the administration of a Research project for which Tabfund raises revenue requests that Tabfund remove the Research partnership from the Website or discontinue all donations to said Research, Tabfund will comply within fourteen (14) days from the date of receiving a written request from a verifiable member of the Research organisations administration. In such a case, Tabfund will evenly distribute that Research's unpaid earnings to all other Research on the website.
By listing a Research project on its website or raising revenue for a Research project, Tabfund does not necessarily imply any formal relationship with that Research.
Tabfund uses ad revenue generated by the advertisements in order to fund the Research that it supports. Tabfund is not responsible for the content displayed in these advertisements, that is of the responsibility of any of the third-party advertising networks that provide these advertisements.
Tabfund, to the best of its knowledge, does not reproduce or display any content to which Tabfund does not have the right to reproduce or display.

All users must agree to owning all rights to their submitted content and give Tabfund the right to reproduce and display that content on the website and in all marketing material. User-submitted content is reproduced and displayed on good faith that the user who submitted the content owned all rights to the content.
If at any time the owner of any content reproduced or displayed on the Website requests that the owner's content be removed from the Website, Tabfund will comply with that request within fourteen (14) days of receiving the request. Tabfund may require evidence of the user's ownership of the material prior to complying with the request.
Tabfund may contact its User’s through email for the following situations:
At the end of each financial quarter, Users will receive an email with a “Personal Impact Report“. This email is meant to be an interaction with the User to present the impact that they had on the Research that they have supported. In order to take full advantage of our Services, Tabfund encourages users to keep their subscription to their “Personal Impact Report“.
For marketing purposes, when creating an account, Users may also opt-in to receive a newsletter that will update them on relevant events and stories that are related to Tabfund.
