A. Website
From the first time you visit our website “tab.fund“ you will see a personal data processing disclosure and consent interface (a persistent banner at the bottom of the screen) upon every visit to the website, until and unless the user selects "I accept" in the interface. Only those who have selected "I accept" in this interface will have their cookie data processed for the purpose of ad targeting, selection, and delivery. For any User who does not make a selection, we will not process tracking information from cookie technologies.
B. Extension
After the first time you install our extension in any browser, you will be prompted to sign in and create an account. In order to successfully create an account, you must accept to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and our policies for using cookies as it is a required field stating: “I have read and agreed with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and usage of cookies”. Only those who have selected this field will be able to create an account and contribute with tabs to Research. For any User who does not make a selection, we will not process tracking information from cookie technologies, but will also not be able to use our extension to its full and normal extent.

A. What anonymous device and behavioral data do we collect?
We collect anonymous data from every visitor of the Website to monitor traffic and fix bugs. For example, we collect information like web requests, the data sent in response to such requests, the Internet Protocol address, the browser type, device information, and a timestamp for the request. This data is collected with legitimate interest to maintain and develop our product.
B. What information do you provide to us?
We save information related to your behavior on Tabfund, such as the number of tabs you open with the Tabfund extension, which research subjects you support and your account settings. In order to be able to save your profile and the settings associated with it, we ask you to log in and provide certain personal information: your email address, your first and last name. These are all essential data for providing our Services.
C. Do we save cookie and other data in local browser storage?
As explained to a deeper extent in section 2., we use cookies and local browser data storage to store session information. You can block or delete cookies and local browser data storage and still use the Website and Extension, although you may then be asked for your email and password each time you open a new tab.
D. Do you collect data from partner companies?
We work with partners who provide hardware and software services, such as as cloud storage and server services. We may store data collected by third party companies with whom we have contracted when it is with legitimate interest to maintain and develop our product.
E. What information is used for Advertisement targeting, selection and delivery?
When you use our Services, third parties that provide advertising, to the Services, may collect or receive information about you including through the use of cookies. These third parties may use your information to provide you with advertising that is based on your interests and to measure and analyze ad performance, on our Services or other websites or platforms, and combine it with information collected across different websites, online services, and other devices. You are able to request we delete your account and remove any personal data associated with your account. To do so, please contact us and we will follow up as soon as possible.

The Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. Tabfund does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If you are under 13 years of age, do not provide personal information to Tabfund without providing us with consent from your parents. If we discover that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information and we do not have parental consent, we will immediately delete that child's information. If you believe that company has been provided with the personal information of a child under the age of 13 without parental consent, please notify us immediately.
We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. A user is bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy when they use the Services after such changes have been first posted.
